Voice Mail Service (VMS)
The platform offers voicemail services to fixed or mobile telephone subscribers. When a call cannot be completed to a subscriber, the network redirects the call to the voicemail system, where the calling party can leave a voicemail message. Subscribers are notified of deposited messages and can access their mailbox at any time to retrieve them.
This system provides an efficient and convenient solution for managing incomplete calls, allowing subscribers to record and access voicemail messages as needed. It is a secure and practical way to ensure that no important information is missed and to facilitate communication between the parties involved.

National Roaming Manager (NRM)
The NRM platform is a technological solution that allows selecting preferred roaming operators in each geographical area obtained from different sources (Radius, Gy, probes, CHG, etc.) and continuously monitoring the existence of home network coverage through a message called OTA Refresh, facilitating the management of national roaming for operators that require it.
Our platform integrates into the core of 3G, 4G, and 5G networks and complies with all quality and availability standards of mobile core elements.
The solution has been in use at WOM Chile since 2017 with satisfactory results. It has enabled significant savings in existing roaming contracts and has achieved the same results in Altán Mexico and more recently in Movistar Chile and WOM Colombia.

Equipment Identity Register (EIR)
The EIR platform is a mobile telephony network node defined as a database of IMEI number records. It provides mechanisms to prevent call and data traffic between devices on 3G, LTE, and 5G networks that have been blacklisted, complying with a standardized behavior specified by 3GPP. With this information, network elements authorize, or block requested traffic from the mobile terminal.
In addition to this main objective, mQuest's EIR is enriched with additional features that assist in terminal equipment management tasks, such as Device Manager triggers or network usage reports for long-term inactive subscribers.

Cell broadcast center (CBC)
La difusión celular, permite a un operador móvil difundir mensajes de un único contenido a todos los terminales móviles en un área geográfica específica que puede ser una sola celda, un grupo de celdas, o toda una región (todas las celdas) cubiertas por el operador móvil o prestador de servicios y es una tecnología que opera en canales de radiofrecuencia que no se ven afectados por la congestión telefónica, permitiendo desplegar el mensaje de alerta en todos los teléfonos simultáneamente.
mQuest has developed a CBC (Cell Broadcast Center) platform specifically for use as part of the Emergency Alert System (SAE) in Chile to issue preventive and emergency alerts in the event of natural disasters. This has been used by different operators in different countries, highlighting mQuest as a safe, fast, and cost-effective alternative for implementing a new CBC platform due to our experience and compliance with all 3GPP specifications.

SISTEMA DE INTERCEPTACIÓN LEGAL (SLIM)
La solución de mQuest-Technologies (SLIM) está diseñada específicamente para cumplir con los requisitos de Interceptación Legal (IL), que es el proceso mediante el cual las autoridades gubernamentales obtienen autorización para monitorear y registrar comunicaciones electrónicas de individuos o grupos específicos. SLIM se posiciona estratégicamente entre la red móvil del operador y el organismo gubernamental encargado de administrar las intercepciones (LEA).
Además, la solución incluye de manera opcional mecanismos de control documental para respaldar las solicitudes legales de interceptación provenientes de agencias gubernamentales y policiales locales.
La intercepción legal puede implicar la monitorización de:
- Llamadas telefónicas
- Mensajes de texto
- Correos electrónicos
- Tráfico de datos
- Otras formas de comunicación electrónica.

SMPP Gateway
An interconnection platform between short messaging platforms. It manages the connection between content providers and the mobile operator, message flow, error alarms, and overall management of external entities to an SMSC.

A separate platform from a short messaging center, whose main functionality is to dispatch the short message during the first attempt. Its logic allows adding rules in case of unsuccessful delivery. It is useful for mass deliveries such as marketing campaigns, subscriber announcements, among others, as it significantly reduces the use of the traditional SMSC.

AuC – (Authentication Center)
Core platform of the network which allows the authentication of each SIM card on the network, through the exchange of keys for encryption between the mobile and the network. (Installed in Telefónica Móviles Chile).

A platform that allows the inspection of data traffic by subscribers on a network. The system can be configured non-intrusively only to inspect data and generate reports, as well as to take actions on the data transmitted by a network subscriber.
Roaming Gateway
A platform that allows the management of signaling messages and normalizes differences in usage, numbering plans, and other characteristics between a local network and the networks visited by subscribers.
